What Reports are available on the website for any given transaction?

For RMBS and CMBS transactions you will find the factor report, the statement and the loan schedule. For ABS transactions you will find the bond factor report, the operations report and the rate reset report. For CDO transactions you will find the compliance report, the payment date report, the financial statements, the bond factor report and the rate-reset report. For Student Loan transactions you will find the principal and interest report, the distribution report, and the collateral report. For the Housing transactions report you will find the payment date and variable rate reports.

How can I locate reports?

There are various ways to "drill down" to any given report. The default Investor Reporting page will display all issuers regardless of product type in the Issuer drop down menu. For example "Issuer A" would display and if selected, would drill down to all series related to that issuer whether it is an ABS, MBS, CDO or CMBS etc. transaction. If information filtered by product is desired, the user can click on the appropriate product and then choose the Issuer from the drop down menu and only transactions of the product type chosen will be displayed. Once data has been filtered to the Series level either for all products or a specific product, the user can select a Series and then all CUSIP's for that series will be displayed. From this point, the user can select a CUSIP and the related reports will then be displayed for that CUSIP. By clicking on the report, the data can be viewed, printed or in some cases downloaded. From the lead Investor Reporting page it is also possible for the user to go directly to the Series or CUSIP level by choosing an issuer and then entering the appropriate Series or CUSIP information.

Please utilize the contact information listed for the deal. The contact information for the issuer is usually listed, otherwise you can contact the administrator listed. Please note however that in-depth information may not be available for the deal if the issuer has decided not to publish it.

How do I locate the Administrator on a deal?

The administrator's name and number will appear on the top of the report. You can also click on the "Contact Us" button and call the number listed based on the product type and you will be connected with the appropriate person.

Can I find delinquency information?

Delinquency information can be found by viewing, printing or downloading the Statement for the specified transaction.

How can I tell if a statement for a particular deal has been revised?

When you view the statement, the revision date will be indicated in the upper right-hand corner of the report and it will state specifically: 

How can I download deal documents (Pooling and Servicing Agreement, Prospectus and Supplement, etc.) from your website?

They are not available on the website presently. Please call your deal administrator for more information.

How much history is available on each deal?

12 months.

How many deals can I add to 'My Portfolio'?

You can add up to 500 deals to your portfolio.
